This decaffeinated medium roast has all the richness without the caffeine. Water, temperature and time is all it took to decaffeinate this coffee from Peruvian farmer co-operatives. No chemicals, no solvents, just the Swiss Water® process which helps preserve the flavour and aroma. So you can still enjoy wonderful organic, high quality arabica coffee without the caffeine. LDPE Recyclable packaging. 8 Pack contains eight 200g bags (1.6kg total).

At our solar-powered roastery in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts, our worker-owner team batch roasts and conducts production cuppings daily to bring out the best characteristics in each harvest. With four primary roast levels, we think there’s a favorite here for everyone. Obviously this needs to be updated for UK roasting.

Medium Roast: expect the unique citrus, nutty, fruity, or floral notes of each coffee to shine through.

Full City Roast: you’ll get a bit more of the caramel flavor that comes from the roasting process.

Vienna Roast: starts to bring the smoky aroma and smooth and rich body of a darker roast.

French Roast: with the natural oils fully expressed, it’s an intensely dark and smoky experience akin to dark chocolate.

At last, a decaf I can enjoy!

"I love coffee but it hates me! The caffeinated variety I mean. It can trigger miserable migraines lasting for 3 days. So over the last 40 or so years I've tried various decafs, and coffee substitutes, but always been disappointed by the taste, if not the smell. Visiting Ledbury recently I ordered a decaf in the Organic Food Shop's cafe. I was enjoyed the flavour, aroma, and "softness" of the coffee so much that I had to ask if they sold it, which they did. Hooray!!! I have been enjoying a daily cafitiere cup of the medium roasted ever since. I will be ordering this regularly and am super happy to know that in doing so I am supporting a more just trade system. Win-win!"
