Fairtrade organic sun dried apricot are a wild variety grown in the Karakoram and Himalayan Mountains and valleys of Northern Pakistan. They have a lovely sweet and tangy flavour. Four sun dried apricots make up one of your 5 a day fruit portions.

Our apricots are delicious to snack on, perfect for adding to muesli, great food for healthy lunchboxes, taking walking or camping, and fabulous cooking ingredients. Apricots are also rich in dietary fibre.
